I am looking for any link possible or any hints for searching surname Nawai. I am trying to connect the dots, if possible on my wife's and her mothers hawaiian roots. I have located records for William Nawai and William Nawai Jr.,but lost it after that. William Nawai, I believe was born in 1860 but I can't seem to take it back any farther. I get the feeling that the surname Nawai my have evolved from some other spelling. Any help or guidance would be great.

Looking for information on the Kerr/Medeiros family of Kauai. In 1910, our Mary Medeiros (b 1883), husband William Edward Kerr and mother-in-law Sylvina Medeiros (b. 1847) lived in Kauai.
