Searching for information of Kaaumoana Family. My Great Grandmother was Helen Mauna ( Kaaumoana ) Vanderford. Born on Kauai then the family moved to Honuapo, Big Island. Her Mother was Mary ( Moewa ) Kaaumoana. Mary's mother was Moewa, Pomaikai.

I am looking for information on my great-aunt Annie Malia Uhuuhu who married John Kaohele. My great-grandmother was Lily Kaohele sister to John Kaohele. Lily and John's mother was Hana (Hannah) Uhuuhu who maried Ioane Kaohele. Annie's parents supposedly were John Uhuuhu and Malia Keawe. Any information is greatly appreciated.

I'm searching for my great great great grandfather, a hawaiian man, who went to Samoa around the late 1700-1800. He married a samoan girl name Malia (Maria) and had four sons with her. The only name we have is KAHALUA or maybe it's something similiar to that. I believe he comes from Maui.

Any information will truly be very helpful! Maybe someone knows or have heard of a story about a hawaiian man who webt to Samoa and never returned.

The only thing I know is that my grandfathers name was Wilson Kanehailua, and my grandmothers name was Hannah Kahaleiwi. Their children are Wilson, Lucy, Esther, Rainbow, John, Maydeen, Francis, Kenny, and Douglas (Umi). I'm believe I'm missing one somewhere not too sure. If someone can help me out here I would greatly appreciate it. My dad said he got as far as Sam Kanehailua. He didn't give me full detail. I am trying to find out about my roots from my dad's side. I am trying to locate any information on Dave Kaleipua Munson. He was an entertainer during WWII. He performed with the group Kalama's Quartet which I believe disbanded around 1937. I believe he performed in New York City in 1944 and possibly in New Jersey. Any information would be appreciated.
